The
brain damaged football player is just one of the many characters
in the mind of Bob Nelson! You may also have seen him
as Jiffy Jeff, the wacky boxer, Eppy Epperman, the loveable know-it-all
nerd or Ping Yeh - the Oriental foil.
These
are just a few of the charming and comical characters created
by Bob which are all unforgettable.
Bob
began his comedy career in 1978 working the clubs in New York
and Long Island. Later he regrouped with two other comics, Rob
Bartlett and Eddie Murphy to form "The Identical
Triplets".
As a protege of the late and great Rodney Dangerfield, Bob opened for Rodney
all across the country. He later starred in four HBO specials.
Other TV appearances include The Tonight Show, Letterman, Evening
at the Improv and MTV. He was featured in the following movies
:This is My Life, Kindergarten Cop and Brain Donors.
